Jõhvi - On the second floor of the F-building there is a reading room. The reading room offers on-site or on-demand services: encyclopedias, dictionaries, manuals, a small amount of fiction, periodicals.
In the reading room there are 2 computers and a copier for printing, copying (memory card / e-mail).
