Aim and Objectives
The aim of the project is to boost educational partnerships in the partner countries in order to combat early drop-out of VET students.
The aim will be reached by:
1. Transferring best practices developed during the last 40 years with production school in Denmark;
2. Building capacity of the partner organization’s to initiate and manage educational partnerships between schools and local companies.
Activities:
The project will include:

Three transnational meetings

One Study Visit

Three Training Courses
-
Local activities – promotion amongst VET schools and companies, initiations of partnerships.
The transnational meetings are intended to project coordination and evaluation.
The Study Visit is intended to give the partner organization’s an insight into the school-company partnerships in Denmark as to combat early drop-out of VET students. The participants will visit several productions schools in Denmark that have initiated and conduct such partnerships.
The training courses are intended to build capacity of the partner organizations to initiate and manage school-company partnerships. Two 2-3 representatives from each partner organization will participate in the study visits. The participants are staff from the partner organizations who will be responsible to establish school-company partnerships in their own communities.
